Barrons Lead Article "The World's Best Phone Stocks" Very interesting talk with three "experts". Not favorable views on IP. One of these "experts" says "voice over IP is a waste of fiber capacity. It's a little niche business that will remain that way. And I bet providers of voice over IP will be forced to pay access fees to local phone companies within 18 months" RB, elk, Frank and all please elaborate on the article if you wish. I have come to trust you experts more<g> George
