I am standing by too John. All they are waiting on is a green light to go to market and distribution. With these results on tap you'd think Yamanouchi would be making noises since they are poised to score in Europe? I guess they file after we do?? but I don't understand why they have not already done so? Isn't Europe much more liberal in this things and haven't they already tested there? I don't understand that whole global subsidiary biz... regards luis
