I sure do share your views. It seems like this company since it has been drifting for awhile is very ripe for a takeover. My feeling is that the takeover could come from one of several directions. First, of course, like you say there is the MDS connection. There is also CRLS transgenic patents - why wouldn't this be of value to a company like GZTC? GZTC could pick up CRLS keep the transgenic business & patents and either turn the cro business into a money machine or spin it off. I believe GZTC has a cro division that already runs separately? A third possibility is for a emerging biotech with lots of cash - AXPH? - that expects to be putting lots of products into the pipeline to grab CRLS to assists this efforts. AXPH has demonstrated that they expect to be a world player with their new agreement in China. If AXPH were to pick up a cro like CRLS they would have a world presence to get their products approved while turning CRLS into a money maker. Long term AXPH is a great biotech play. A fourth possibility is for a growing aggressive CRO that wants a world framework in place.

Market cap of 22 million - some ceo' make more than this!!!
