It is important that we provide accurate information in this period of "no news". On AOL, Melios stated that the financing has been arranged. This is not true. While Michael was very pleased with the banker's visit to Nebraska, it is premature for us to state that the financing deal is finalized. NAMX is pursuing financings of various sizes with a number of interested parties. Also, George Ziller, as a board member, is developing an interim management team which will provide direction and strategies that will lead to the permanent management structure. Good job on PE. He hasn't cursed us with his presence in a while. I think you have him cornered. marty
