Steve I think it is speculating on the comments from the CC, and some wishful thinking. Also since ML has been making a market in this stock they would not do so unless they cover the stock and since I have not seen a research report I assume they are investigating this issue, and before they issue a recomendation assuming it is positive they will start to accumulate this issue. This is a case of getting in before the stock get coverage and when the stock gets coverage you can go on a long and profitable ride.
