I think it's time we undertook a brief (but, one hopes, complete) review of speculation about the Hidden Agenda of that nefarious bunch known as the FBN Group or the Chickerati. Just what might be our fowl secret motivation in posting so frequently and so negatively about CSHK?
1. CSHK's Y2K toolette represents serious competition to FBN's own products. We will stop at NOTHING to guarantee our hegemony in the Y2k market.
2. The "FBN Group" is a cartel of internationally known shorts. Shorting stock is our business. "Don't be too shocked; it's common in the industry."
3. The Chickerati are in the pay of the Evil MMs. These MMs searched us out right here at SI, probably on the Boink thread, and offered us HUGE sums of money to go after CSHK. Right?
4. The FBN Group is somehow connected with VIAS, and sees an advantage in trashing CSHK, VIAS's chief competitor in the Y2K remediation field. This assumption is based on a sinister "coincidence": both FBN and VIAS have their headquarters in Arizona.
5. We are all in the pay of Elliott and Reid of the Dimples Group, probably because we have some prior connection with them. None of us lives in Canada, and even Rhonda is aware that she doesn't know us, but never mind. Hey, we're not trying to make sense here.
6. jhild has some "past relationship" with Tony Boyden, and we've all joined in to help him because..... Well, there must be a reason, right?
7. We are jointly engaging in "witness tampering", and are afraid the SEC is out to get us, and so out of our deep fear we're carelessly alleging that some of the CSHK regulars are not very bright. I'm not quite clear about whom we're supposed to be tampering with, or why, or how. Perhaps John will do us the courtesy of expanding on this in a later post.
I believe that brings us up to date, but of course I may be leaving something out. If anyone can think of further Sinister Motives that have been imputed to us, please do post them for all to see. (Take taht as a "veil threat".)
And guys: no suggestions that we might just think the company could stand a little looking into, and that the quality of the information provided to the public leaves a great deal to be desired. Those CSHK folks are WAAAYYYYY too smart to be fooled by a crazy story like TAHT! |
