I like you theory, because I would be very excited to own ICG, too. I agree it will be very popular. I don't like the timing though, because I don't have enough Safeguard yet (do you ever?). Also, as far as I know, ICG is still a Limited Liability Company, so they would have to incorporate first. (There must be a way too access those public records, huh?--probably in Delaware.)
The other possible reason is that people just like what they see in the 10-Q: www4.edgar-online.com. Also, why do you say Intellisource is out of the immediate future? Not that I think Intellisource, nor Who? Vision, would generate this kind of premium, either.
We will see what happens soon, I think.
