This chart pattern on SKYC is very interesting, we could see a dramatic increase from her, on my radar screen program I have a buy signal here, should get interesting. Value, I am watching it close, seems to be a watcher right now if anything, these companies always have preassures from FCC and many others we all know about, usually I find that the typical joe always calls these situations wrong, meaning they usually rise as people argue about the pending info that may come, you invest for gain, if you don't gain in your timeframe(whatever that may be...get out.)
