Janice, if the SEC is launching its case against certain people based on evidence provided by certain other people running Cashco, then God help the American Justice system. BTW. Re Merced Inc. If Cashco was listed on a Canadian Stock Exchange and publicly entered into an agreement with a company that didn't even exist at the time of the news release, Cashco would have been immediately halted and placed under investigation. purething
