Bruce, welcome aboard!! WACC has unlimited potential to appreciate in value from its present level and almost no downside, after all, how much closer to zero can it get? The article referenced below includes ALL of the original plans, some may have been watered down but I believe they intend to start on the time share units in the next 2 or 3 months.
