Interesting questions. Here are some answers:

1) Are you even reading what I'm saying before you ask if I own the stock? Is your position that you must own a stock before saying anything about it? I can see you are biased, looking through rose-colored glasses because you refer to my posts as "bitching." Yet almost everything I say, esp. with respect to Innovacom's track record of outright lies or misinformation, is never countered because it is simple fact.

2) I used to own this stock and I am very interested in all forms of MPEG-2/Digital Video stock plays. I am bullish on C-Cube, bullish on Image Entertainment (DISK), neutral on Zoran (ZRAN), slightly bullish on Nimbus (NMBS), bearish on ESST and Innovacom.

3) If Innovacom were suddenly to act like a real company instead of a sham, then I would seriously think about investing a small amount as well. That's another reason I'm tracking Innovacom, and in practically all cases on this board, I've been tracking them longer than the self-proclaimed bulls.

But you see, there is a big difference between my investment style and apparently alot of the Innovacom supporters. I usually do my research or "homework" and THEN invest, not vice versa. I usually do not ignore important factual information regardless of the source (e.g. MPEG's aborted attempt at acquiring yet another company). I usually look at both bear and bull perspectives on the stocks I do hold, because I actually act on that information. I sold MPEG in the 4s because I saw their actions and made a judgement. I did not wave my hands in the air and justify their actions. I do not fall in love with my stocks.

I do apologize to MPEG longs that continue to hold despite their misgivings because of tax or other reasons. I don't mean to criticize those MPEG longs that realize Innovacom has some real problems and has performed very poorly to this point but hope for a turnaround with little downside from here. But I could really care less for those bulls that are actively defending poor performance and botched PR because they don't want their stock price to go down. Frankly I could care less if you or those kinds of blind Innovacom supporters hold this to zero. This is my thread just as much as it is Alex's or any bull's. The purpose of this thread is to rationally discuss Innovacom as an investment. If the fact that Innovacom has very little to speak for itself except for rumor/hype bothers you, well then deal with it. Feel forward to click "next" past my messages. It's not like any real information gets assimilated by a number of the bulls.

"Do you have anything positive to say about Innovacom?"

Yes. I'm glad they have another CEO. I have yet to see any actions from him that show his superiority to Koz. Maybe he shot the recent acquisition attempt down [good move].

"taking shots at Alex"

Alex represents one of the two worst examples I've ever seen of complete tunnel vision. Any shots against Alex is well earned when he pats himself on the back regarding "homework" when these boards well document his complete (and I do mean *complete*) dismissal of any and all news that is not pro-Innovacom. Sony releasing a MPEG-2 encoder? Who cares. Sierra Vista making zero instead of the projected $40 million? Oh well.

So forgive me when I see a spade and call it a spade. If I seem vindictive in my posts, I apologize. I find it hard to be nonchalant when someone shovels large quantities of it or other "bulls" never take the time to actually read the facts.

So did you even take the time to read the MPEG-2 single chip encoding article describing 8 companies efforts? And you ask why I criticize their news releases ... Here is a challenge. Find one (just one) news release from Innovacom concerning their "products" over the last 2 years that isn't (1) untrue at the current time or (2) unverifiable. And given this kind of track record, you actually criticize me instead of Innovacom?
