Chuz...<< How about the benefits the SEC provides as watchdogs?>> Name one. I keep reading articles about crooked brokers on Wall St. but I don't see them going to jail. Milkin walked away with 8 billion of middle class money. He is building a 20,000 square foot house in Tahoe today. Man, they really came down on him! If you or I stole $1,000 from K-Mart you'd do more time than any scammer on the Street has ever done. Don't make me laugh.:o(
