I do not know if the 740,457 shares issued for debt are free trading
or locked up. I agree with you that this is critical because if
these shares are free trading anytime soon, then we would expect
a big runup so that these creditors can convert their papers
into real cash. The creditors normally don't like to hold papers
for a long period of time unless they are associated with the directors Right now I just don't see any sign that this stock is about to make a move anytime soon. The directors need to tell the market crowd a damm good story to move stock price up into of all the overhead supply by previous stockholders who just desperately want to get out
at a minimum loss or a break even. The following stocks which have rolled back shares for over a year now are still in a doldrum
at this time MAR, NBL, MIC, PRM, BSW ect.
