Steve, the press release you posted is clearly biased. It would be illuminating to read some neutral legal analysis of the QWST deals from an attorney familiar with the Telecom DeReg Act. I'm a lawyer, but this is not my field. Forming a marketing relationship like this strikes me as a potential way around the law, but I'm far from an expert on it. Anybody out there have a link to a neutral legal analysis of this deal? Doug (no position in TGNT, QWST or USWest)
