Words of Wisdom to live by... Gary! The shells I try to find are one's that have maintained the SEC filing schedules and requirements and are debt free. These have potential or a better chance of potential. I like the one's who do not have a zillion shares associated with it, cause that spells REVERSE split and will be the first order of the day when someone takes them over. Just <my> way of approaching shells... Dusty :o)
