I want to thank you for returning to posting your thoughts on ADVH. At one point you were out of the stock, and publicly stated you would not post until you purchased it again, so I assume you are now a fellow shareholder.

From your posts and other reading I feel I have a good understanding of global contracting. When I buy something, I know the pros and cons of the purchase, so I find it a bit disturbing that ADVH didn't have a thoughtful explanation on how this acquisition will be synergistic to the company. Wouldn't that be one of the first questions analysts would ask in a conference call? The company should be able to describe where they are going with this acquisition.

Secondly, you have posted that IMM lost a little over a million dollars last year. After reading many posts, I also understand that it operates on a fixed fee basis. What I don't understand is how IMM is structured. Who owned it, and what exactly did it own? I understand the geographic fit, and the desire to become the largest PPM in the Northeast. But won't ADVH have to meld two different organizations together? How willing will fixed-fee compensated docs change to the new system? Your knowledge in this area would be greatly appreciated.
