Hi Alan: Respect and appreciate your response. Apologize if you took my post to make an accusation of hype by you. Was not the case. I understand your definition of hype, but I also believe hype can work in just the other way also. Depends on the purpose. A negative spin can influence people also and unless the information is factual then that type of hype is not necessary. I think most can figure out hype for the positive and place a value on it. They should not be subject to a negative spin if not indeed factual. Again I am not saying you have done either of these things and at this point and time I do not see the value of hashing it over and over and any benefit to you, me or any other member of this thread. When I invest in a stock its for the positive things I see. The negatives I do the necessary work to get myself knowledgeable of the situation, assess it and decide on the risk. Fortunately I did not invest in Euto on the short theory and although aware of what was being attempted did not take the plunge. I invested because of the potential that I believe exist in bringing companies public and the fact that all Euto has to do is just have one get significant attention from the market place and their position strengthens immensely from new clients and I have seen this happen from past experiences and it can have a very lucrative effect not only in the shares received but the value of Euto. I believe the potential to expand their contracts by offering warrants in the new issues would greatly enhance our positions. That is not being done now and I have no reason to believe it will be done in the future, but I did explain my experience with this type situation with Euto so they could do some research on that type of contract. Don't know that they will but COMMON SENSE tells me that as they complete a few of these contracts and get the experience in doing this with success they will look for additional ways in increasing the value of new contracts. This was the sole purpose in making the investment. We are not talking about a blue chip company, totally speculative but with potential. My previous experience with this type of investment cost me abuck 37 to buy and once investors realized that some of these companies they brought public were getting some serious interest the stock went up fast and furious. Not saying this will happen, but am saying I see the potential. As far as Brad lying to you 40 times or more. Alan once is enough. I place no lame excuses and did not mean to imply that I was doing so. I do not believe that present management knew the whole story on what happened with (THE ISSUE AT HAND)for sometime after it happened. When I visited Euto in December the story was unfolding and changing. I believe they have learned even more since the time I visited. I was satisfied with what I heard, have no reason to believe what I was told was not true and still felt that the gamble was worth taking based on the potential contracts for bringing companies public in the future. I also believe that BIO is a key ingredient because of the bill paying ability it allows Euto. I have spoke with Euto management twice since December and do not make it a practice to call daily, weekly, ect. If I feel uncomfortable with an issue then I will jump in the vehicle and drive over. At this point I do not feel that is necessary and as I said I am satisfied with the answers I got to my DD back in December and thus far believe what I told has been consistent. Alan hopefully for those people who have felt anger and disgust with Euto they will also see that the potential still exist to profit from their investment. These threads are great and then again they create many frustrations. I do not intend to frustrate anyone. I read the positives and the negatives and make my comments from my point of view. I certainly do not have rose colored glasses on and believe that my common sense is in place. Good luck with your investments and I again tell you I have no reason to want to upset you or any other member of this thread. It is non productive and I am certain you agree. Jim.
