PLNM is a start out company.. located on a tiny and very expensive island in Seattle's Lake Washington on the way to Belluvue.. as we all know that Seattle has been a mecca for new jobs and new housings for past ten years due to the success of BA and MSFT,, further Seattle have widened the industry base where they are not so volatile any more counting on solely BA for support of regional economy..

Also people from other states have found Washington state as a viable alternative for retirement ,, notably tons of Californians have moved to the region driving up the real estate market.. PLNM saw this opportunity and started in Seattle and claims that they now have 25% of the state's brokerage membership,, and on this success they are now in the process of going national ..

There are several mortgage and various loan companies on the net including real estate agencies such as Coldwell Banker and Century 21.. but first time really for a company to simply provide a site for all the lenders to be reviwed by brokers ,, both real estate and loan brokers,, at each lender link hey can also set up immediate qualfications or vice versa, broker representing customer can put in the criteria they are looking for and come up with the lender list..

If you read their press report , they are in the process of setting up regional hubs on national scale..

I will talk with ceo Monday as I understand that this unorganised ceo comes in to office rather late.. LOL

We need to know several facts from them ..
