Mr. Perkins, As a stockholder of both companies, I have e-mailed both CEOs. Mr. Williams has responded to date...Mr. Robertson has not. My reading of ITKG is that it is favorable. I suggest that as a stockholder of both companies, you (and others who agree) make your opinions known. We are the owners. Lucky Lady
