Several reasons: 1) There is no money in it to be made. 2) Windows 9x/NT x are moving targets (constantly being developed). 3) Resources. IBM tried to keep pace with OS/2 and finally threw in the towel. The government is going to attempt to punish Microsoft for its success. Shane
