Dear Lee My glass is half full<VBG>. All this chicken little in the big picture....don't see it. To much money...What About the East....they can make some more! I read they just sold a building in SF for $1.2 billion....2 years ago it would have gone for around $750mm. Is that too much? I don't think so...they are not making too much more buildable land there. Regards Dave U
