More Baloney?? I believe you are describing a 50% failure rate, something I can't help but take with a very large grain of salt. If such is your experience with a combined installed base of 100, I can't help but wonder if there is a common problem with your installation or customer's utilization. Its just hard to believe that major retailers, such as Fry's and CompUSA, would touch SyQuest products if returns were anywhere near 50%. Especially since the 10Q fails to mention warranty service as a contributing factor to Syquest's costs. So how's Mr. Pink. Richard James
