Carl, using my constitutional right to change my mind, and change it often, I did make a small modification to the post you cited later on, the modification stated: "by the end of 2000", and the rationale was modified to "visibility of $4/share and a PE on such "forward looking" earning of 25. I could not change the target, but hey, what is a small difference in the PE? After all, if and when WFR catches fire, who knows what kind of PE would be then justifiable. (VBG).

Oh, as for the bottom, there I changed a lot, I had book value as first target, and if it breaks then between 13 to 14, with a possible spike to the 10 to 11 range, at least if memory serves, if it does not, then the above comes under my constitutional rights again (G).
