so, let me get this right. "The Company's monthly operating expenses of approximately $15,000 do not reflect any salary to Dr. Jerrold R. Hinton, the Company's sole executive officer. The Company is accruing but does not contemplate commencing payment to Dr. Hinton of the monthly salary of $8,333.33 provided in his three year employment agreement unless and until it begins to generate revenues from operations." Instead he gets 15,500,000 shares(1/10 of the outstanding shares in one year) of common stock during 1997,which he feels no obligation to report when he sells. If someone wants to calculate the average share price for 1997 and mulitply by 15.5,it's pretty clear who the fox in the hen house is... Why is .48 shown as a 52 week high? I don't see anything near that on the historical price table? tradepbs.com
