Richard, My understanding of the expenditures for developing the UHTSS technology represented a major increase in payroll and capital expenditures, but presumably this would be balanced by greater demand for their screening services. While it is likely to mean net losses for awhile, if the company is able to come through with timely and effective development of the system and signs up some clients it should produce significant revenues down the road.

They seem to have some heavyweights signed up as partners already, so the technology must look pretty good to somebody.
