Henry or anyone know any details about the Seragen/Ligand stock feature? All I can find is that SRGN shareholders will receive "about .036 shares of Ligand". That "about" seems like an open door with possibly no floor. What, for instance, would prevent heavy shorting of Ligand around the time of the exchange? Are there any upper or lower limits or safeguards?
