Sergio: I agree that APCO offers great upside potential... Some money should be kept on the sidelines to buy the APCO's and other great companies that get caught up in a market downturn... Because, we know that after the corrections, companies like APCO do very well... One of the most frustrating things is to watch the price of great companies drop 10 to 30% but have no money to buy them... Jim
