L, Kurlack's basic point was that there is or soon will be a significant excess of capacity in the x86 market. Look for news under INTC, AMD, NSM etc. for more detail. If this is the case, INTC has a lot to lose, at least short term. I doubt he made any specific comments re SNDK. Anthony
