Some of us were able to play the roller coaster a bit .... hopefully, all of us had it in our little gambler accts. [vs. roth or pay the rent accts. :) ] I haven't read the Opinion yet, and don't know what is planned hereafter, but, on Appeal, it could set the tone for many 'net pat. infringmt. suits. Al's points are well-taken. The weight-challenged soprano isn't even humming yet; but no matter what occurs next, it'll be a while.
