Ron - very good post. Would that this had been around two years ago. Interesting to note tho that there is not one code for President or CEO - BC's two positions - although he and/or his wife might be reporting under the 10%+ shareholder code - of which there were 7 reports filed prior to 3/97. Or they could be the great number of Unknown codes. Chart is a nice overview but without details of each filing is just that. You seem confused - if you "don't care anymore about what happened in the past" then how can you "learn from it and hope not to repeat it"? Honor and respect - hell, even that other BC, the one at 1600 Pennsylvania Ave, is a southerner. You don't get honor and respect just by where you were born/live/work - its earned by your actions. Speaking as a southerner myself! As for ownership - you keep ignoring the point - BC, et. al. have LOTS of upside (granted bt his family-controlled board at low prices), but NO downside - their stock sales brought in more than they have paid and are committed to pay if they exercise all their options. I prefer a situation where the principals are at risk - NOT risk-free. But that's just my view. As for the rest of the GRNO shareholders...well, their position is a little different... Perhaps, as you put it, the question for all on this thread is "what can I/we do to help get GRNO back on its feet?" Bitching and grousing won't do that. What will? That's a challenge - for which I don't yet have an idea to put forward. Regards, Bill Fuller
