Dwight - It appears that the Feds will not attempt to block the shipment of Windows 98 tomorrow. They will sue to allow the manufacturers to make modifications prior to the public release in June as well as the other items that we are all familiar with at this point in time. The following is from the Washington Post. The link follows the paragraph. -Keith- "A senior government official involved in the case said it was "a good bet" that the Justice Department and the state attorneys general would file their lawsuits tomorrow. The suits, which will not seek to stop this week's anticipated shipment of Windows 98, are expected to allege that Microsoft is engaging in a host of anti-competitive business practices and will seek to give computer makers more freedom to modify Windows 98 rather than accepting it as a fixed package." washingtonpost.com
