You sound as if you don't know how litigous this country is. Once sucked into our legal system, right and wrong practically flies out of the window and deftness, precision and craftiness take precedence.

Yeah, right Reggie. Like, it took deftness, precision, and craftiness for Microsoft to go after the T-shirt guy, or ntinternals.com, or the companies that had trademark rights for Internet Explorer and ie. Those guys were overwhelmed by the cleverness of it all, and knew they should just give up, when confronted by lawyers for the smartest people in the world. Big guy bullying little guy had nothing to do with it. It's sad to see Microsoft faced with a legal battle where overwhelming force isn't on their side, but it couldn't happen to a nicer company.
