cOUSIN SHORTY--

I have read your newsletters with great attention, and am particularly interested in your comments about liquidity.

I notice that there's a thread here at SI whose 'sters ferret about looking for potential shell companies. Since the acquisition of a shell is very often followed by a reverse split, could this not be a good way to find companies whose stock is not only plummeting, but whose liquidity is also drying up?

Like you, I prefer to invest in issues that have Zero Float, as they cannot be shorted and can only go up.

Thank you.
