It really shouldn't be surprising that the pending chip glut would hurt idti. The fact is that IDTI still isn't regarded as a cpu maker.
The company has yet to really hit the cpu radar screen. I just don't know if that is good are bad yet. The only thing that I can hope for is that IDTI can get the their yield production up and keep their costs down. Hopefully they will fill a nice niche among 3rd tier box makers and/or make some headway into the top echelon of box makers as the best choice to preserve margins in the low end of the computer price spectrum. This is all wishful thinking on my part but what a beautiful story it would be--and to see INTC take it in the rear as IDTI steals business from them. I'll go back to sleep now an dthanks for reading.
