Becky, When we have filed and they have not covered...They will suffer financial Pain unimaginable... Because, I feel it will be at that time when the Silent (hand) grabs DGIV and walks us thru full nasdaq listing which can take several weeks but by then it wont matter because we will be in the bosum of our DEEP POCKET! They MUST purchase the shares back no matter where we are and the filing could put us at a whole 'nother price which will cause The Mother of all Short Squeezes, we could end up in triple digits if they are foolish enough to wait that long and it's only about 9 more trading days +/- 5 Unfortunately for them, their tactics thus far have fallen upon IMMUNE DGIV shareholders thus, putting them Further into financial Peril. I'm going to surf the Net and see what Info I can gather today (be back later)=bbl
