No basis at all. Pure conjecture. Just trying to keep my eyes wide open to all possible outcomes. Unless somebody has access to the original contract (proposal), and could verify that there is no "out-clause" verbiage, then I'll continue to entertain doubts about a successful signing.

This contract announcement has been expected for many months, with no bearing of fruit. Isn't anybody else around here just a tad bit skeptical? The initial announcement of the pending agreement gave the investors (including me) a lot to hang their hopes on. With every passing no-contract month, I've been losing hope. Sorry, that's just my personal outlook on this. I will not allow myself to get caught up in the excitement of $5.00 per share price projections. That has happened to me in the past, and I still bear the scars.

Still hoping the contract will come to pass, which is why I'm still looking to buy back in. However, my enthusiasm is waning.
