Becky, That is the beauty of the situation (for us, the DGIV investors, anyway!). The share price will keep on going up until someone sells their shares for the Mms to buy to cover. Think about that for a moment! We could conceivably see some far-out price for our shares, especially if the investors hold the line and do not give in to the temptation of selling for a quick profit (since even HIGHER prices will come soon when the events we are expecting after we join the Nasdaq kick in!!!!). By the way, i think by laws (correct me, anyone, if I am mistaken), tHE MMs of the OTCBB stock HAVE TO COVER BEFORE WE GET TO THE NASDAQ!!!! Hence, on top of the "natural" price bounce DGIV would get after the announcement, we get the "extra"kicker of the MMs covering!! In a way, it is only "fair" since the Mms were the ones responsible for the price to be at this RIDICULOUSLY low level in the first place. Come to think of it, however, we should all THANK them since we were able to buy EVEN MORE shares at this low price!!!!
