I looked back, on Edgar, and found out that this item first appeared in the 1996 Annual Report.

Apparantly, it hasn't slowed LGND's work with Panretin, but I'd be interested, also, in what Henry has to say.

I wonder if this problem might have effected LGND's share price over the last year?
