Delbert - CEO was just an average middle aged man in a solid lt. green sport shirt. As I recall, hair was light brown and slightly receding, looked to be fairly trim, medium build. He was confident about his product, numbers, etc. Reminded me of an ex-military type or engineering type. Proper. Definitely not a Micheal Dell or John Chambers for grace and fluidity with the media.

I thought the comments on the thread were rather harsh and an unusual means for deciding to sell or hold a stock. The decision comes from the products, sales, and the financial condition/growth of the company. I wished he had been able to discuss a little more about the sales contracts. Unfortunately, CNBC pumps a lot of questions into a 2-3 minute slot with these guys. I watch CNBC almost everyday and see all kinds of CEOs.... believe me.... none of them are perfect..... Also, most companies in the US have gone to business casual.... especially engineering and software. I'd give the guy a break; if he'd been invited into the studio he'd probably worn a suit. The fact that they shot on location, basically showed a guy that works hard with the rest of the company; trying to get this product to market.
