Lucretious....I will cut you some slack as I believe you haven't followed DELL, or obviously been invested for long, if ever....I would grant you I wouldn't buy tomorrow either if I hadn't already taken up a position (although you could possibly get a real good gain after earnings)....If I was to go long it might be better to do it after strong earnings, either immediately after or wait for a pullback and then go long.

If you'd followed DELL or been invested for awhile you'd recognize your above statement as the same one heard over and over and over and over again...all the while missing out on an average of 300% gain annually over the last 5 years....In the last 6 months DELL is up about 150%, right on target to continue the 300% per year average....Even if DELL were to slow down to well, who knows what,.... 200 % or 100% gain per year wouldn't be hard to take would it?
