i believe one of the reasons that we had to refile the "10" is because of rapidly changing company value.

IF WE ARE TRULY GOING TO ANNOUNCE SOME SORT OF NASDAQ LISTING OR ACQUISITION IN 2 WEEKS LIKE THE NEWSLETTER SAID THAN:

1. THERE WILL PROBABLY BE NOTHING MORE THAN MINOR NEWS TILL ANNOUNCEMENT, KND OF LIKE A QUIET PERIOD

2. IT WILL BE END OF MONTH SO MM'S WILL HAVE TO BALANCE BOOKS(wouldnt that be something if they have to balance them after nasdaq announcement)

3. ALL THE CONTRACTS PENDING WILL PROBABLY BE ANNOUNCED ONE AT A TIME WITH STRATEGIC TIMING FOR MAXIMUM AFFECT.

4. JIMMY WILL PROBABLY WANT TO HAVE SIGNIFICANT MOMENTUM WHEN ENTERING WALLSTREESTS LION DEN SO THAT THE VULTURES CANT HURT US, THAT MAYBE WHY HE WILL WAIT TO RELEASE CONTRACTS SLOWLY(this would blow everything open wide),

5. WITH PERIODIC CONTRACT ANNOUNCEMENTS, THIS WILL HELP SHORTERS FROM TAKING ANY MONEY OFF THE TABLE(large amounts anyway, and you bet there will be shorters, always are), THIS WILL LEND TO STOCK PRICE STABILITY AND SHOW THAT WE ARE NOT A FLASH IN THE PAN.
