TED, I agree that there's most certainly out-clauses on both sides, so we'll just have to wait and see. There has been a significant investment of time and effort on both sides with respect to development of the base software for new applications, I conjecture.

And for perspective, is there any other publicly-traded company that is in the running for rights to Vertex 2000, of any kind, to your knowledge? You would think there would be, with a slam-bang product all set to go. Probably is, let us know if you hear another.

I hope and pray for reasons other than my personal wallet, that Bemer's Vertex 2000 works, and is applied in a big, big way.

TPI's got many things going for it, Bemer or no.
