Brian, The above might be why AETI has not started action yet. Once their counsel has all the facts they may file. At least this keeps things interesting. Have you looked at what has happened to AETI share price over the last few weeks? $3.50 down to $1.75. Think this has anything to do with the Claim? I'd sure like to know why AETI can put these deals together and SCI seems to accomplish dick. The AETI thread is pretty quiet as if everyone bailed when SCI first announced the suit. Jim
