You don't in a free enterprise system! If MSFT is indeed a monopoly it should be broken up. But never should the government be allowed to dictate what a company does to it's products as far as innovation.

The ability to cruise the 'Net and the WWW is essential to the OS of a PC...just as much as it is to a PalmPilot, Cellular phone or Web TV..."The times they are a changin".

If the evidence shows MSFT is in fact a monopoly...break it up to allow competition to flourish...BUT for god sake let's not start regulating it...thus creating a public utility like the old "Phone Company". The only benefit that could come from that would be Lilly Thomlin jokes.
