Perhaps, that is why they are full speed ahead. Buts..... On the other hand, they are trying to find out who is entitled to the overlapping patent. How can it be patentable to Ligand, if the PTO is looking into who it is patentable to? I wish the article was written in plain English! <g> More importantly, they are going to be discussing physician assisted suicide, at the cancer conference this weekend. If the idea passes, and if it doesn't have to be voluntary, I've got four names to suggest to be the first candidates! <g> Regards, Bob
