Grossman, is pleased to announce the Company has launched its new, upgraded website to provide investors, brokers and other interested parties with information on the Company and its activities.
Located at www.kelsotech.com, the website is designed to create increased awareness about Kelso and its newly developed JS75 SRV, the most significant innovation in safety relief valve technology in decades. The JS75 SRV is an innovative new safety relief valve designed to help prevent explosions in tankers that contain hazardous materials such as Xylene and petroleum products.

Williams, to become the President of this new wholly-owned USA subsidiary, if established in the next 60 days.
