ORLANDO, Fla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--May 15, 1998--International
Entertainment Group Inc., a subsidiary of International Resorts and
Entertainment Group Inc. (IRAE) (OTC BB:IRAE)...Announced Friday that it
has entered into an agreement with Raven Moon Inc. and Silent Planet Inc.
to acquire the production rights to produce an animated television series
for children ages 1 to 4 entitled "TV TED and THE TRANSISTOR SISTERS."

Production will begin in Nashville Monday, May 17 for the musical tracks
being recorded and animation production will begin June 1, 1998.

Silent Planet Inc. is a 3-D animation company with state-of-the-art 3-D
animation capabilities equal to Disney and Warner Bros. animation
facilities. The company will search for and hire a celebrity to do the
voice of TV Ted and will utilize the voice talents of Sylvia St. James,
lead performer for the House of Blues Gospel Brunch in Los Angeles, and
recording artist Gina D. for the voices of the Transistor Sisters.

Successful children's programs such as "Barney," "Sesame Street" and the
most recent "Tele-Tubbies" have the potential of generating multiplied
millions of dollars from licensing and merchandising for their producers.
