Well put, Gary, as always. You can do the most thorough DD in the world, and if the company shoots themselves in the foot, there's nothing you can do about it except pull your hair out. <g>

Here's a question, though...have you ever seen a company really do a number on themselves and then manage to pull themselves out of it, be it by changing product direction or whatever?
