Paul, Kurlak has maintained a bearish opinion of the group for quite some time, he has not upgraded these since the last "negative comment", so I doubt we can blame him for the movement. Kurlak, as far as I know, still has a target of 240 for the SOXX, and he has not changed this opinion since January. Zeev
