right and wrong practically flies out of the window and deftness, precision and craftiness take
precedence.

MSFT could have avoided this fate. They have had several warnings and chances to make other choices. But their behavior and lack of compromise when they got caught has landed them in the situation in which they find themselves. How come you never criticize MSFT? Don't you think they've done anything to create this situation themselves, or do you believe that they are just victims?
